Evolution has been created thanks to our collaboration with one of Sarasota’s Award-Winning Architecture Firm, DSDG Architects. DSDG was founded in 2001 by Mark Sultana. Mark has focused on achieving excellence in all aspects of design, execution, and professionalism. Mark is in constant contact with his Clients to make their dreams come a reality. Mark and his team of Architects realize their client’s vision, work within the given budget and manage the design to adhere to deadlines from start to completion.

An important element of the Developer Team is a professional Broker. To this end, the Developer invited at Kona Realty to cooperate. Owner Kona Realty is Vlado Konatar who is also Director of Sales at The Evolution. He built a wealth of experience in servicing luxury properties when he was selling real estate downtown Sarasota, on the barrier islands and Country Clubs of Lakewood Ranch. He is characterized by the ability to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.
